RESORT INFORMATION

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
Keys will be available for pickup beginning at 3 p.m. Park in the east parking lot (see map below) of the clubhouse at 5071 Clover Ridge Road, Panora, IA 50216. Keys will be in the white cupboard located at the Links Lounge entrance of the clubhouse.
Units are located along Karen Drive adjacent to the clubhouse (see map below).
If you would like to check in earlier, you will need to contact guest services at (641) 755-2080 and select option 5 to make a request 24 hours in advance. Check-in prior to 12:00 p.m. will result in a $35.00 fee plus tax added to total bill.
Please be advised that the credit card on file will be pre-authorized up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival.

Check-out ends at 11 a.m. on your scheduled day of departure. There will be a $35 fee assessed for late check-out. Upon departure, complete the following:
Check the unit for all your belongings.
Turn off all lights.
Lock all doors.
Return all keys to the white cabinet located at the Links Lounge entrance of the clubhouse at 5071 Clover Ridge Road, Panora, IA 50216.
The credit card on file will be charged and an email with a copy of your receipt will be sent to the email address on file.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of arrival or a cancellation charge equal to the first nights stay per room will be assessed.

Housekeeping staff are on duty 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. seven days a week.
Maid service will be provided to motel guests daily.
Housekeeping services are not provided to townhouse guests.
During your stay if you need housekeeping assistance, notify guest services at (641) 755-2080 and select option 5.

Maintenance staff are on duty 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Sunday to Thursday. During your stay if you notice anything not working properly, notify guest services at (641) 755-2080 and select option 5.

Pets are not allowed except for Certified Service animals. There will be a fee of $100 assessed if this policy is not followed.
Smoking is not allowed in our motel or townhomes. Smoking in a room will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
Damages or stolen items will be charged to the credit card on file in full.
Roll-away beds and pack-n-plays are available at an extra charge. Request 48 hours in advance by calling guest services at (641) 755-2080 and select option 5.
