Lake Panorama National golf course offers several levels of annual passes, stay-and-play packages and corporate golf outings. Iowa Section PGA and Iowa Golf Association tournaments are held at the course each year, a testament to the course's quality. The par-72 course, designed in 1971 by Richard Watson, offers 18 holes with a variety of yardages.

Golf Shop Hours

Tuesday - Saturday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Hours may be extended depending on weather condition.

Green Fees

Unless otherwise specified, green fees include a cart seat and are subject to sales tax. Please note that topdressing has been applied to all greens and will remain in place over the winter to help protect the grass by preventing exposure of the crown of the plant. The Lake Panorama National golf course will remain open for play as long as weather and turf conditions permit. Currently, the course is CART PATH ONLY.

Tee Times

Public tee times may be made up to 14 days in advance. 30 day advance tee time booking is available for LPN passholders.

Singles, twosomes and threesomes may be paired up with others at the discretion of LPN staff. This policy is in place due to limited availability of tee times and carts, and allows for more efficient pace of play.

Carts

Starting Monday, November 18, the course is CART PATH ONLY. All golf carts must remain on the cart paths during your round and as you travel to and from the course.

LPN Owned Golf Carts

  • Drivers must be 16 years old and have a valid drivers license.

Privately Owned Golf Carts with Current Year Trail Fee Sticker

  • Drivers must be at least 14 years old with a valid drivers permit to operate the cart on golf course property.

Pace of Play

Tee times are scheduled every 10 minutes to allow time between groups and to minimize wait times. Please maintain a pace of play so you finish 18 holes within 4 hours, 30 minutes. Groups that fall behind pace will be asked to keep up with the group in front of them and may be asked to move up to their correct position on the golf course.

Dress Code

Proper golf attire is preferred but not required. Proper attire includes apparel that conforms to the styles sold in the Pro Shop. Only soft spikes or spikeless shoes are permitted.

Rain Checks

In the event of bad weather, rain checks are issued on a pro-rated basis to reflect the number of unplayed holes valid towards your next round of golf at LPN. LPN staff reserve the right to determine when rain checks will be issued.
