POSITION SUMMARY

The position is responsible for the cleanliness of the Lake Panorama National clubhouse, on course restrooms and resort lodging.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, etc.

  • Empties wastebaskets and transports waste to designated areas.

  • Sweeps and scrubs floors.

  • Dusts and polishes all furniture and equipment.

  • Maintains storage areas and keeps linen carts clean and tidy.

  • Replenishes linens and room amenities.

  • Sorts clean linens and stores them properly in linen closets.

  • Requests maintenance.

  • Moves and arranges furniture as required and turns mattresses.

  • Monitors and cleans entries, stairs and sidewalks.

  • Washes and dries linens.

  • Transports clean linen to designated areas.

  • Responds in a courteous manner to guests’ questions and concerns.

  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

  • Regular and reliable attendance.

  • Performs other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be able to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms and hands.

  • Be able to lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

  • Must be 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
