This event, to raise funds for the LPN Capital Fundraising Campaign, will be held in the Lake Panorama National banquet room Sunday, October 20 following the Capital Fundraising Golf Outing. 20 Men Who Can Cook will feature 20 local men preparing one or more of their favorite dishes to share with those in attendance. Each chef will prepare enough food to provide at least one sample per guest. There will not be a formal program; guests can come and go as they please.

Below are the names of the 20 men who volunteered for the event, and the dish they plan to prepare.

5. Chris Duree, butternut squash ravioli and bisque

6. Mike Faga, party potatoes and charcuterie

7. Sean Grambart, baked beans

8. Keith Ketcham, bacon, garlic and Parmesan potatoes

9. Rick Langel, Calico Beans.  

10. Scott Miller and Jim Tometich, Scooter’s famous red chili

11. Brett Monaghan, smoked pulled pork chili

12. Kane Powell, bacon mac ‘n cheese balls and bacon coleslaw

13. Galen Redshaw, pulled pork sliders

14. Rob Robson, bacon wrapped water chestnuts

15. Carl Snowden, baby back pork loin ribs, and broccoli in cheesy cream sauce

16. Jim Tibbles, brisket sliders

17. Mike Trebon, smoked salmon dip and crackers

18. Dave Wagler, jalapeno poppers and burnt ends

19. Corey Welberg, beef and sausage meatballs

20. Paul Wendl, pork kebabs

Schedule:

• Cash Bar - 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• Food - 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Cost:

• $30 per person. A limited number of tickets may be available at the door, at a cost of $35.
